Design of people
In the design of the 'VIRIO workstation', we have taken a close look at the ergonomics of the operating personnel and the special working procedures during balancing .The result: Alll function can be operated easily and logically. The measurement values are displayed in clear text and the machine can be quickly reequipped for different rotors , thereby improving productivity without making any concessions in quality.

It couldn't be simpler
Insert the rotor, enter the geometric data in the EasyMode* start the measuring run and then make the correction.
After the first measuring run, the unbalance for the one or both correction planes will be displayed. This reliably ensures perfectly balanced rotors, with a lower number of correction steps.

Familiar operation
In the design of our balancing machines we use a consistent operating philosophy, which is continually under review for further development and improvement. With operating controls located directly on the machine, clear input procedures and easily understandable dialogues, the user is guided through even the most complex balancing processes, all in the user's language. The ease of operation is particularly worthwhile if the potential for error is significantly reduced by logical procedures and simple operating procedures, which saves both time and costs.

Maximum safety without restrictions

We have taken a completely new approach with the protective hood of the VIRIO: we have combined two functions -flipping and swivelling - into one 3 dimensional movement. This makes it possible to balance even larger rotors.

Everything considered
The machine bed of the VIRIO is made from a mineral casting. This materials not only ensures good damping properties thanks to its outstanding mechanical properties. It also suppresses undersired interference effects and offers high thermal stability for consistent measuring conditions.

No limits
The high precision of the measuring system coupled with the full speed regulation enable the perfect balancing of rotors over a wide weight range. This means that no quality compromises have to be made, even when balancing light rotors.

Space saving
The new and very compact clamping concept of the VIRIO is integrated into the spindle. This creates more space int the working area, and therefore much more efficient clamping elements.

Versatile balancing
Correcting unbalance by drilling has prover itself in many applications. Unbalance however can be corrected by means of other procedures such as milling, punching, riveting or welding, either manually or automatically. The choice of the best correction procedure depends on the rotors type and the materials.

The complete world of CAB measuring unit
The design of the VIRIO is also completely flexible when it comes to measuring. Depending on the task. you can choose between the CAB700 or CAB 803 basic measuring units, which combine ease of operation with maximum accuracy.

Range of application

The machine is designed for the automatic balancing of disc-shaped parts in one plane.

Automatic balancing machine 450SHV with one station is one of the advanced vertical balancing
machines of Schenck Rotec GmbH. The machine integrates the advanced Schenck Germany's
technology, and key components import form Schenck Germany. The whole balancing task is
completed automatically including measuring, indexing, milling correction and checking. 450SHV
is a good choice to mass produce with short cycle time, high efficiency and high accuracy.
CAB759 is the advanced measuring unit of Schenck Germany integrating measuring function,
control and calculating function together. It comprises the measuring unit and industrial PC with
LCD touch screen, friendly interface and powerful functions.

Range of application

Measurement and correction of unbalance in disc-shaped rotors without their own shaft, in one or two planes. A shorter spindle distance and protective shroud provide faster, safer and more accurate balancing. Flexible correction units and a variety of accessories cater to many applications manual, semi or fully automatic.

Force-measuring, vertical balancing machine with permanent calibration and manual, semi or fully automatic operation.

Machine housing of mineral-casting, balancing unit designed as a dynamometer system with highly sensitive electro-dynamic vibration sensors, precision balancing spindle and drive motor. Control cabinet with operating controls and microprocessor-controlled measuring unit.

Protective shroud according to DIN 45690 / ISO 7475.

Correction

Various correction units permit integration of mass correction in the balancing machine � at almost any correction position. Thus axial or radial correction can be controlled manually, semi or fully automatically. Various methods of material removal as well as attachment of correction weights (material addition) are possible. This enables the machine to be used universally for a large variety of rotors.

We provide a balancing training schedule for every customer. The training course on balancing theory and its application in electrical make you more efficient in the use of the balancing machine,

You should never be worried about a tedious training course. Our training class is a lecturer-student interface class. Except for the training of the balancing theory, full discussing with our expert and friendly environment make you feel at home .

The training course are taken in the following moths of every year :April, May, June, September, October, November .( The date is according to the members.) .20 to 30 persons can take part in the one-week course every time.

The training course includes two parts : one is the balancing theory ( basis, calculation, balancing sort, measuring and correction, special balancing method, how to choose the balancing speed.) the second is application. (Universal balancing machine, measuring system of CAB690,CAB700,CAB720,CAB803.

Training fee is 1000 RMB per person, The book << Balancing Technology >>(Chinese Edition) and lunch are free of charge. The expense of traveling and accommodation is not of our scope.
